After long macerations and aging in tuns, the Le Blanc de la Rouge vintage was born. This 100% Chardonnay, typical of Jura white wines, reveals a pretty light gold color. The fine and delicate nose reveals aromas of butter and apple balanced by subtle lemony notes. The wine unfolds gently on the palate, perfectly balancing acidity, liveliness and lightness. The fresh and floral touches lead to a smoky finish.
