40 year-old pinot noir vines from the village of Brochon, just beside Gevrey-Chambertin, on clay and limestone soils. Whole clusters are naturally fermented in oak barrels for three weeks. A year in used oak. Round and quite concentrated, yet extremely fresh and mineral.
