Initial nose of light aniseed and fresh almonds rapidly give way to mango and dried figs, with toasty aromas completing the bouquet. The palate has a firm structure, with a backbone of initial aromas leading to airy, delicate flavours. A tender, silky texture gradually evolved into persistent, fresh notes of candied grapefruit and pepper.
