Chardonnays are harvested by hand in small boxes, pressed directly, settled and put into oak barrels in the middle of alcoholic fermentation. Breeding continues for several months. The combination of altitude and the poverty of the terroir creates a delicate wine, of great finesse, with a nose that combines white flowers and citrus notes. The palate, very tight, displays a beautiful substance, then lengthens into a slightly spicy finish.
